The Neuro-Balance Therapy Review: Is it Good? Should You Get it?
The Neuro-Balance Therapy program is an online system that teaches you a series of therapeutic movements designed to stimulate specific nerves in the foot and lower body to increase your strength, balance and stability to prevent potential trips and falls, so you can get back to living your life again. While there’s no denying that there is an increased risk of falling as you get older (approximately 1 in 3 people over the age of 65 years fall at least once each year), that doesn’t mean that you have to stop doing all the things you enjoy doing.
With The Neuro-Balance Therapy program, you learn a series of gentle movements that improve your strength, stability and balance, so you can confidently get back to living your life without being so worried about a potential trip or fall. The entire regime can be done right in the comfort of your own home, with no extra assistance required and you only need 10-15 minutes each morning to fire up your nerves and protect you from potential falls.
What is The Neuro-Balance Therapy About?
Trips and falls can be detrimental to your health and wellbeing as you get older, but that doesn’t mean that you have to live your life in fear.
The Neuro-Balance Therapy is an online program that teaches you a series of therapeutic movements designed to increase your strength, balance and stability, so you can actively prevent trips and falls and get back to living your life with confidence. It’s a fairly simple program that consists of adding a quick 10-15 minute regime into your morning routine to fire up the peroneal nerve. This nerve is responsible for stimulating the little muscles in your lower body, including your foot, ankle and leg, and can drastically reduce your risk of trips and falls by providing you with extra strength and stability. The regimes that make up The Neuro-Balance Therapy program consists of gentle, light balances and stretches that can be done right in the comfort of your own home. They come with detailed explanations in written and video form, as well as ideal workout schedules and charts based on your individual needs, so you can easily use the program on your own without any kind of assistance. The movements are also designed to be so gentle and therapeutic that anyone can use them, no matter your flexibility, strength, mobility or age. They only require the use of a chair, sturdy wall and a spiky ball, which you can find online or at your local department store for a couple of bucks. The routines can also be added onto your regular exercise regime if you have one, or you can use them as a stand-alone program to get your nerves (and day) started.
The entire program is digital, so you can get started as soon as you purchase simply by signing in or downloading the material onto your smartphone, tablet or computer for access on-the-go. There’s no need to wait or pay for shipping, or lug around a bunch of guidebooks and DVDs. Instead, everything is right on your tech screen.
